凡报名参加由 Zheng He TCM PLT 举办的任何课程、工作坊或培训项目，即表示学员已阅读、理解并同意遵守本课程报名条款。
课程报名须在完成付款或获得 Zheng He TCM PLT 确认后方正式成立。
所有课程费用须按照 Zheng He TCM PLT 所提供的付款方式及付款期限完成支付。
除另有说明外，所有课程费用均以马来西亚令吉（MYR）计算。
一旦课程报名确认，所有课程费用、订金及报名款项均不可退款或转让。
如 Zheng He TCM PLT 因特殊情况取消或调整课程，公司将通知学员并作出适当安排。
Zheng He TCM PLT 保留因实际需要调整课程日期、讲师、地点或课程内容的权利。
如有重大调整，公司将适时通知学员。
学员有责任出席指定课程，并完成课程所要求的学习内容。
缺席课程可能影响课程完成资格或证书领取资格。
所有课程资料，包括但不限于讲义、教材、影片、简报及培训内容，均属于 Zheng He TCM PLT 的知识产权。
未经 Zheng He TCM PLT 事先书面许可，学员不得复制、录制、转载、发布、分发或以任何形式分享课程资料。
未经 Zheng He TCM PLT 事先批准，学员不得在课程期间进行录音、录像或未经授权拍摄照片。
如课程提供证书，只有符合 Zheng He TCM PLT 所规定的出席率及课程完成要求的学员方可获得。
完成任何课程并不代表学员自动获得专业执照或合法中医执业资格。
学员如需提供专业服务，须自行确保符合所在地相关法律法规及执业要求。
为保障所有学员的人身安全，所有实操手法、技术操作及实践训练，必须在课程导师或 Zheng He TCM PLT 授权讲师的直接监督下进行。
学员不得于课程期间在未经导师监督的情况下，对自己或他人进行任何实操手法。
学员必须遵守 Zheng He TCM PLT 所提供的所有安全指示。如导师认为有安全风险并要求停止操作，学员应立即停止。
如学员未遵守上述安全规定，Zheng He TCM PLT 有权要求其停止实操课程或终止其参与课程，且已缴付之课程费用概不退还。
除法律另有规定外，Zheng He TCM PLT 不承担因参与课程而产生的任何损失、伤害、损害或相关费用责任。
学员同意 Zheng He TCM PLT 根据隐私政策收集、使用及保存个人资料，用于课程管理、沟通及相关用途。
本课程报名条款受马来西亚法律管辖，并依据马来西亚法律解释。

By registering for any course, workshop, or training programme conducted by Zheng He TCM PLT, participants agree to be bound by these Course Registration Terms.
Course registration is only confirmed upon successful payment or confirmation by Zheng He TCM PLT.
All course fees must be paid according to the payment terms provided by Zheng He TCM PLT.
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
All course fees, deposits, and registration payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration has been confirmed.
In the event that Zheng He TCM PLT cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be notified and appropriate arrangements will be made.
Zheng He TCM PLT reserves the right to modify course schedules, trainers, venues, or course content when necessary.
Participants will be informed of any significant changes where applicable.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled classes and completing the required learning activities.
Failure to attend classes may affect course completion or certificate eligibility.
All course materials, including but not limited to notes, manuals, videos, presentations, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Zheng He TCM PLT.
Participants shall not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, or share any course materials without prior written permission from Zheng He TCM PLT.
Participants are not allowed to record audio, video, or take unauthorized photographs during the course unless prior approval has been obtained from Zheng He TCM PLT.
Certificates, if provided, will only be issued to participants who meet the attendance and course completion requirements determined by Zheng He TCM PLT.
Completion of any course does not automatically grant a professional licence or legal authority to practise Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations before providing professional services.
For the safety of all participants, all practical techniques, manipulations, or hands-on training must only be performed under the direct supervision of the course instructor or an authorised trainer.
Participants shall not perform any practical techniques on themselves or others without supervision during the course.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Zheng He TCM PLT and immediately stop any practice if instructed by the trainer.
Failure to comply with these safety requirements may result in the participant being asked to stop the practical session or being removed from the course without any refund.
Zheng He TCM PLT shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation in the course, except where required by applicable law.
Participants agree that their personal information may be collected, used, and stored by Zheng He TCM PLT for course administration, communication, and related purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Course Registration Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
